Outstanding day for the spanish rink hockey with three decisive victories in the last matchday of the year. The day was started with the unexpected victory of Noia against Porto for 6-4 in a game always led from the first minutes. The catalans overturn the standing and now they are leading with one point more than the portugueses. Then comes the third victory of Barcelona for 3-2 in the Benfica’s rink after a fight in every ball for all the 50 minutes. Now the most titled team of our sport is leading the Group C. Reus instead block the European Champion of Sporting for 3-3, after leading for the most part of the game. Reus reopen all the group and now the italian Lodi is in the second position. Only Oliveirense stay in the first position in the Group D after a concrete victory against Forte dei Marmi (7-2); a victory also for the second Deportivo Liceo against SCRA (5-2).
In WS Europe Cup, five victories for the home teams in the 1st leg of 1/8 round. Barcelos, Caldes, Scandiano, Viana and Voltregà will defend the results on the 2nd Leg. Instead, only one tie, caught from the italian Valdagno in the rink of Braga (5-5). Two the away victories, from Italian Follonica and from austrian Dornbirn, only for one goal.
The rink Hockey will not stop in this year. The last competition will be the European Tournament Under 17 Female. The sixth edition will be organized in Italy by Molfetta from thursday to sunday, with eight teams from all over Europe.
