Journalists, photographers and video operators intending to be accredited for the Female League Cup Final Eight (Pavellò Maria Victor from 27th to 30th of May) must fill this registration form
All accreditation requests will be confirmed or denied by email at the end of the accreditation process (Tuesday, May 25 at midnight)
Without accreditation, access to the facilities reserved for accredited press will not be allowed (press zone, photographers zone). The numbers of accreditations are limited and they will follow the time of inscription.
RULES FOR WORKING INSIDE THE VENUE
All the press accreditation must follow the official rules indicated in the Covid-19 guideline of the “Yellow Bubble” (Communication n.31 – Document n.1 – Point 3 DOWNLOAD)
For all WSE-RH competitions, it is MANDATORY to undergo a Quick Antigen Test
The screening action will allow to identify any positivity, remove the subjects from their respective bubbles as soon as possible, also proceeding with the tracking.
It’s compulsory when you will pick up the pass in the Accreditation press entrance, to show the certificate of negativity of a Quick Antigen Test (at least 48 hours before) or a Covid-19 PCR Test (at least 72 hours before). The certification must be sent Thursday at 15.00 (local time) to [email protected]
For making interviews or to be present in the press room is MANDATORY to show a negative certificate every day of a Quick Antigen Test. This obligation can be removed if the press will be live during all the competition to the Hotel Campanile, headquarter of the Covid-19 Bubbles Red and Yellow.
It’s not possible to make interviews in the mixed zone without an official permit.

– During all the time spent in the Pavillion the face masks will be mandatory.
– During press conferences, it’s mandatory to use face masks and show a daily negative certification of a Quick Antigen Test.
– All the photographers and tv staff must use face masks during all the time spent in the Pavillion and have a minimum of 2 meters of social distancing
– Other guidelines are inserted in point 7 of relative Guidelines.

MEDIA DAY
At 16:00 of Friday 28th May 2021 at Pavellò Maria Victor will be organized the OFFICIAL MEDIA DAY of Final Eight. All four coaches and four captains will be invited to join this day dedicated to the Press and talking about Female Rink Hockey and Female Sports. Further information will be delivered next week. Your presence at this event must be confirmed by the Accreditation Form or by sending an email until next Thursday to press@wseurope-rinkhockey.
