Saturday the most important phase before the Final four. EIght teams for only definitive four places.
Three spanish teams, three italians, one french and one austrian: these are the four nations rappresented in the quartersfinals of WS Europe Cup. The most exiting game of this phase, will be probably the italian derby Viareggio-Valdagno, respectively the fourth and the third of italian championship Serie A1. In the italian league, Valdagno won on december 2018, for 6 to 4, thanks to the double goals of angolan player Andre Centeno. Another tough match will be Sarzana-Igualada: the italians are seventh in the Serie A1, instead the spanish are in the fifth place in Ok Lliga. Igualada has the best history tradition in the european rink hockey, but Sarzana conquered the Final Four two years ago. The title-holder, and the most accreditated for the final victory, Lleida Llista will play the first leg in one of the hottest rink of France. Nantes is one of the biggest surprise of this competition: they have beaten Coutras and Barcelos, in their second participation in this european cup. Voltregà, one of latest surviving semifinalist of 2018 with Lleida, will be committed in austrian rink of Wolfurt. The austrian team is the first time in their 30-year-old history in the quartersfinals; also for Austria is one of the first times in an european competition. Voltregà will want to reach the second time in a row the final four, that will be played in the last weekend of April, 27th and 28th.
