Three of four groups have now an alone leader: Barcelona, Sporting and Benfica. Instead only Porto and Lodi in Group C have the double leaders. Some surprises in WS Europe Cup.
Porto won in Reus for 4-2 and remains in the top of the standing of Group C both with Amatori Lodi, that has won at Saint Omer for 3-1. The two leaders will fight against between two weeks in Dragao Caixa for the leadership. In the Group A, Barça Lassa won in north of France (Dinan Quevert) for 6 to 2 and instead Oliveirense has been blocked by Follonica in the latest 36 seconds for 2-3. So the catalan teams is now alone in the first position. In 1st december will be play Oliveirense-Barça. Forte dei Marmi has beaten the strong HC Liceo for 5-2, reaching the second position. Sporting CP instead conquered the leadership against SKG Herringen for 5 to 0. Same leadership for a portuguese team for SL Benfica: they won 8 to 3 in switzerland (Montreux); Monza instead has defeated Noia for 4-0 and they are now both in second position. All again in the rink between 2 weeks for the decisive and amazing third matchday.
In WS Europe Cup the qualified teams are: US Coutras (FR), RC Biasca (CH), RSC Diessbach (CH), Igualada HC (SP), HC Girona (SP), RHC Wolfurt (AT), SC Tomar (PT), H. Valdagno 1938 (IT), Nantes ARH (FR), H. Sarzana (IT), HC Turquel (PT), Juventude de Viana (PT). One of the best team of WS Europe Cup, third-times winner, OC Barcelos (PT), lost its game by forfait, due to lack of the coach in the bench (10-0 the results). Same situation for Dornbirn (AT): they missed the team delegate and lost by forfait (10-0).
The next round will be played between two weeks for the first leg of 1/8 round for qualifying to the quartersfinal. The complete list in the bottom of this communication.
